Along with B. Sc and diploma in nursing, Begum Rabeya Khatun Chowdhury nursing college has launched post basic B. Sc in nursing-a two year course to enhance and ensure indepth knowledge for the nurses and facilitate inservice education. Students of the post basic B. Sc in nursing course are diploma nurses. The course offered within the college build upon the basic nurse training whice is provided through the nursing Institutes. The emphasis within the B. Sc course is upon the development of advanced skills and standing of nursing and wider health issues. This course is preparing nurses for senior roles in clinical, administrative, managerial as well as educational aspects of the nursing services in Bangladesh abroad.
