Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that involves the medical care of neonates, infants, children, and adolescents. A medical doctor who specializes in this area is known as paediatrician. Our paediatric department has highly qualified , efficient professorial stuffs, teachinf stuffs, indoor and outdoor medical officers. We have well equiped 10 bedded PICU . We have 120 bedded paediatrics and neonetal ward, SCANU with preterm block, here we are treating 100-120 patients on an average. Around 80-100 patients are getting their desired treatment from our outpatient department daily. In our department we have a well organized , well equipped procedure room in which we qre doing all necessary procedures that are needed for diagnostic and therapeutic purpose on a regular basis. Besides of serving paediatric population, we are doing regular morning sessions with case discussion, weekly clinical meeting, journal presentation, seminer and death review.
